Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of Sanqidanshen Tablet on SOD and MDA in ischemia-reperfusion myocardium.Methods:The animal models were established by ligation of coronary artery.The amount of the SOD and MDA were detected.Results:Compared with IR group,the amount of MDA in Sanqidanshen Tablet group and IP group were significant lower than that in IR group(P0.05).SOD in Sanqidanshen Tablet group and IP group were higher significantly than that in IR group(P0.05).Conclusion:Sanqidanshen Tablet could increase SOD and decrease MDA of the ischemia-reperfusion myocardium.It suggested that Sanqidanshen Tablet had a protective role on the myocardium with ischemia-reperfusion injury.
