Clinical observation of Utilin "S" injection in the treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infection in children

OBJECTIVE To investigate modulation effect of Utilin S injection on the humoral immunity of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection (RRI).METHODS The levels of IgG,IgA,IgM,C3 and C4 in peripheral blood serum of children with RRI before and after treatment,as well as the clinical efficacy were observed.RESULTS Before treatment,the contents of IgG,IgA,IgM,C3 and C4 in 2 groups were basically the same (P0.05);while after treatment,the levels of IgG,IgA,IgM,C3 and C4 were increased in varying degrees (P0.05).The obvious effective rate and total effective rate after treatment with Utilin S injection were significantly higher than those of the control group (P0.01).CONCLUSION Utilin S injection can promote the secretion of immunoglobulins and complements and improve immune function in children with RRI.It had a precisely clinic effect with safety that could be used for treating RRI ideally.
