Sodium Ferulate Treat 55 Patients with Perianal Abscess after Surgery

Objective To observe the in addition to conventional treatment with sodium ferulate in treating perianal abscess patients after clinical curative effect.Methods A case in 110 cases of perianal abscess patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,55 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were treated with surgical operation,in which the low abscess incision lines,lines with high abscess incision and threaddrawing.Postoperative were given antibiotics,warm water washing,bath and other symptomatic treatment.The observation group on postoperative day fifth while giving sodium ferulate,0.2g + saline 250mL,intravenous infusion,daily 1 times,once every 15 days.ResultsI In the study group,the cure rate is 69.09%,the total effective rate was 94.55%;the control group,the cure rate is 36.36%,the total effective rate was 80%.The 2 group cure rate,the total efficiency compared with the obvious differences(P0.05).Abscess recurrence rate,false healing rate,wound healing time,postoperative anal fistula formation and hospitalization time observation index in group 2 compared the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion In addition to conventional treatment with sodium ferulate in treating perianal abscess patients with postoperative clinical observation.
