Abstract
The hotel staff turnover has been a bottleneck factor in the sustainable development of the hotel industry. With the development of the economic downturn and the increase, how to solve the problem of hotel staff turnover has become a top priority. In this paper, the staff themselves,hotel factors, social environment factors to explore, the hotel staff turnover proposed countermeasures and analysis.
