Countermeasures of High Turnover Rate of Hotel Staff

Losing of hotel employees has become one of the major symptoms in hotel industry.This paper will analyze the hotel industry's current status of the loss of staff to find out the cause of the problem,made a relatively effective management response for hotel managers according to the characteristics of hotel industry,in order to reduce the rate of turnover and improve business performance,and promote the healthy development of the hotel industry in China.
