Abstract

Pushing up the education of professional qualification certificate is one of the important ways to optimize and develop the human resources of China.Meanwhile,it's also one of the important means of implementing talents'zero distance employment.As a vocational college of cultivating transportation vocational skilled talents,Zhejiang Institute of Communicational should implement the education standards in line with the employment standards,promote the mutual recognition system,deepen education teaching reform in order to meet the realistic requirement of the economic development.
