Ideological problems and measures of New Generation of Migrant Rural Workers

New generation of migrant rural workers are young,energetic,very active in thinking,easier to accept the urban culture,with a relatively strong sense of family responsibility,education is relatively high,most of the unmarried,have little awareness of modern citizens,taught motivation is stronger,for rural identity weakened,increasing the city's identity,eager to get the city identity,efforts to integrate into city life.But the identity of this group in the process of transformation there are three ideological problems.world outlook、outlook on life、values conflicts;moral values are different and legal concept of absence;confusion of identity and belonging appear lost.To solve the problem of new generation of migrant rural workers thought the three major measures to be taken: to strengthen the ideological guide the generation of migrant workers,establishing a scientific world outlook,outlook on life and values;to strengthen the service functions of the grassroots organizations to build the new generation of migrant workers in the city ethics and the Rule of Law;create a people-oriented urban environment,improve the generation of migrant workers in urban identity and belonging.
