A Research on Ideological and Political Education for New Generation of Urban Migrant Workers in the New Era

Having made a great contribution to the development of economic society,urban migrant workers are now facing the ideological problems due to their higher education,young ages,less experience and less marriage factors,and the psychological problems caused by their contradiction and trouble of home-leaving and homesick,the choice for benefit and duty,their mentality of being passing travelers or being citizens and their confidence and sense of inferiority.To sum up: it is required to intensify the ideological and political education for new generation of migrant workers and to promote their overall qualities and self-developing capacity for promoting rural development and maintaining social stability.
