Research of the Ideological and Political Education for the New Generation of Migrant Workers

The new generation of migrant workers is a new labor force in China's modernization drive.The ideological political education of the new generation of migrant workers is the important part of the work of ideological political education of the Party.However,in the education of new generation of migrant workers,there are restricting factors like lagging of educational team construction,obsolete educational contents,sole educational method and approach,and low qualifications.Under this background,it is necessary to enhance related research to improve the effectiveness of ideological political education of new generation of migrant workers.
