Discussion on creating high-quality nursing model ward

Objective To discuss high-quality nursing model ward in the department of cardiovascular and respiratory medicine and improve the quality of nursing service and the degree of patients' satisfaction.Methods Through propaganda actively,the nursing rule was updated and the nursing quality evaluation criteria was improved.Results The nursing quality and professional level was improved greatly,the self-satisfaction of the nurses was increased from 78.3% to 92.5%. The security of the patients was guaranteed,the satisfaction of the patients was increased from 89.6% to 98.7%.Conclusion The patients and their families fully affirmed the nursing service,the satisfaction of the patients was improved greatly,the nursing staff also found self-value and increased the occupational pride.
