Abstract
This paper designs and realizes a high-speed data acquisition board by USB2.0 interface chip EZ-USB FX2 family CY7C68013, high-speed FIFO, CPLD and high-speed ADC. The board can make high-speed sample of single channel analog signal(amplitude ±0.5Vpp,frequency range 0-41MHz) in 8-bit, and transfer the sampled data to PC memory through USB2.0 interface bus with the speed of 20MBps, and then write the sampled data to permanent disk.
