Abstract
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of triple therapy of omeprazole, levofloxacin and amoxicillin combined for peptic ulcer. Methods 85 patients with helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection suffered from peptic ulcer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group(42 cases)were administrated omeprazole(20 mg,twice a day),levofloxacin(200 mg,twice a day)and amoxicillin(1000 mg,twice a day)for one week;Control group(43 cases)were treated with omeprazole(20mg,twice a day),metronidazole(400 mg,twice a day)and amoxicillin(1000 mg,twice a day)for one week.Four weeks later,The Hp eradication, ulcer effective rate, symptoms, and side-effects were observed. Results The Hp eradication rate of the treatment group was 88.1%(37/42),while that of the control group was 62.8%(27/43),there was significant difference between two groups(χ2=7.314,P0.01).The symptomatic relief rate, ulcer effective rate and side-effect rate between the treatment group and control group were 92.9% and 88.4%、85.7% and 72.1%,14.3%and 23.3%,respectively,there was no diffierence between two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Triple therapy of omeprazole, levofloxacin and amoxicillin combined is one of the ideal methods for Hp infection sufferred from peptic ulcer.
