Abstract

OBJECTIVE To determine the ferulic acid in Fufangyangjiao Tablets.METHODS The HPLC analysis used Kromasil C18(4.6×250mm,5μm) as column,the mixture of methanol-0.1% acetic acid(30∶70) was used as mobile phase;The flow rate was 1.0ml·min-1,the detection wavelength was 321nm.RESULTS The linear range of ferulic acid was 0.08~0.28μg(r=0.9999),the average recovery was 100.3% with RSD 1.71%(n=6).CONCLUSION The method was simple and accurate,it can be used for the determination of ferulic acid in Fufangyangjiao Tablets.
