Clinical study of Keluoxin combined with valsartan in the treatment of proteinuria in stage IV of diabetic nephropathy

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of keluoxin combined valsartan in the treatment of proteinuria in stage Ⅳ of diabetic nephropathy.Methods 60 cases of patients with stage Ⅳ diabetic nephropathy were randomly divied into experimental group (32 cases) and control group (28 cases).The experimental group was treated with Keluoxin combined with valsartan,while the control group was treated with single valsartan.8 weeks after treatment,24h urine protein and serum creatinine,serum albumin levels of 2 groups were compared.Results 8 weeks after treatment,24h urine protein of 2 groups was lower than that before treatment;serum albumin of 2 groups was higher than that before treatment;the 24h urine protein of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P0.05).And there were no obvious adverse reaction in 2 groups.Conclusion Treating stage Ⅳ diabetic nephropathy with Keluoxin combined with valsartan was safe,and has better effectiveness than valsartan single.The 2 drugs play a synergistic role in the treatment of stage Ⅳ diabetic nephropathy.
