Clinical Observe on Early Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy with Valsartan

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of valsartan in treatment of early clinical diabetic nephropathy.Methods 60 patients with early diabetic nephropathy patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group of 30 patients given a comprehensive treatment of diabetes;treatment group 30 cases in the control group was added based on valsartan 80 mg/d treatment.Treatment for 8 weeks.Observed before and after treatment of urinary albumin excretion rate and renal function changes,record adverse reactions.Results After treatment,UAER by the two groups statistically,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05);two BUN,Scr is not increased after treatment,no statistically significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion Valsartan can effectively reduce urinary protein,protecting renal function and clinical application security.
