Abstract
[Objective] To explore expression of (Enhancer of Zeste Homolog 2) EZH2 protein in ovarian carcinomas. [Methods] The protein expression of EZH2 in different ovarian tissues was detected by Immunohistochemical, including in normal ovary tissue, benign and malignant ovarian tumor tissues. [Results] The levels of expression of EZH2 in normal Ovarian tissues, Ovarian benign tumor tissues and Ovarian cancer tissues were found significant difference (P﹤0.05). There was correlation between EZH2 expression levels and ovarian cancer samples’ surgical-pathological staging. [Conclusion] High expression of EZH2 protein showed significantly association with ovarian cancer and surgical-pathological staging.
