Influence of nursing intervention on rehabilitation of patients with cerebral apoplexy

Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on rehabilitation of patients with cerebral apoplexy.Methods 108 patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,54 cases in each group.The control group was conducted with conventional treatment and nursing,while the intervention group was conducted with rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Independent function rating scale(FIM) was used for evaluating the conditions of indexes such as body function,linguistic function,cognitive function and social function.Results When discharging from the hospital,the score of FIM in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group,and there was significant difference between two groups(P0.05);value of FII in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing intervention can improve the efficacy of rehabilitation in patients with cerebral apoplexy and promote the recovery of body function,linguistic function,cognitive function as well as social function.
