Abstract
Objective: To observe the application effect of different nursing mode in the rehabilitation of patients with cerebral apoplexy and improve the quality of life of the patients.Methods: Selected from January 2009 to June 2010 in our hospital hospitalization,84 cases of patients with cerebral apoplexy were randomly divided into control group and intervention group according to different nursing mode.Patients in control group were treated with the conventional nursing mode,while the intervention group were treated with nursing humanistic concem intervene on conventional nursing mode.All patients conducted on admission and 4 weeks after admission the Barthel index evaluation and Fugl-Meyer scoring and data were compared.Results after fout weeks.Results: The FMA score and Bathel index in the intervation group were significantly higher than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P0.05).The mental state of patients in intercation group was better than that of the control group,also with statistically significant difference(P 0.05).Namely the intervention group has better psychological status.Conclusion: Implementing nursing during the rehabilitation process of patients with cerebral apoplexy can reduce the occurrence of adverse psychological status and effectively improve the recovery of limb function of the pateints,and consequently help patients to establish the confidence to conquer disease.
