Abstract

Objective To establish a method for determination of icariin in Yihechun capsules.Methods The Kromasil C_(18) column(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm) was used,mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(30∶70),the detection wave length was at 270nm.Results The calibration curve was in good linearity of icariin over the range of 0.0968μg～0.4840μg μg(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 100.06% and RSD was 2.29%,respectively.Conclusion The method was simple,quick,sensitive as well as accurate and reproducible.
