Abstract
It is inseparable to base medical teaching and clinical medical teaching.with the rapid development of medicine, base medical teachers can put forward innovative, grasp the practicality and do feasibility test if they go to clinical study; clinical teachers can be take the updated, transformate based results, promote clinical teaching if they go to base study.Therefore, the interactions to basic and clinical teachers can promote the development of medical education.
