On Quality-oriented Education and the Cultivation of Innovative Talented Medical Majors in Clinical Practice of Medical Education

This paper aims to normalize the management and improve the quality of clinical practice of medical education,protect the legal rights of patients,medical teachers and majors.Based on the problems arising during the present teaching process in clinical practice,we point out that the key target of quality-oriented education is to promote the coordinate development of students' knowledge,ability and diathesis.Medical majors should be cultivated with not only the scientific research spirit of independent thinking,brave exploration,being faithful to the truth from fact and innovation,but also the medical ethics of self-consummation of their medical professionalism.In addition,we also stress a comprehensive teaching mode which encompasses knowledge enlightenment,capacity cultivation and quality improvement should be constructed in the clinical practice of medical education.
