Talent Strategy on Times of Knowledge Economy and Mathematical Model of Structure on Social Development

Based on the scientific structure of social development with the five aspects: value, price, power, adjustment and pattern, we research a simplified mathematical model, its symmetry and evolution. Since the key factor is talent for development of the knowledge economy. We combine the economic theory on times of knowledge economy, and study Chinese talent strategy, whose basic aim is realization of human value, whose fundamental pattern is scientific management. According to the basic principles of talent ecology, a society should be created in a good talent environment as a mechanism for the creative power of talent that brought into play. Further, this paper proposes concretely a cure long and peaceful talent strategy, and a new managing pattern on two index and an examination for science and technology talent. Moreover, we point out also several possible erro districts inside the talent strategy.
