Enterprise should Establish the Right Concept of the Talent

This paper analyzes on the error areas existing in the traditional concept of the talent,and points out that under the market economy conditions the enterprise,which wants to fit in with the requirements of the times,must establish six concepts including the opening concept of the talent scope,the practicality concept of the talent identification,the rationality concept of the talent evaluation,the relativity concept of the talent ability,the innovativeness concept of the talent management,and the concept that the talent comes from the team.
