Abstract
From the perspective of comprehensive reform in urban and rural areas,the characteristic,developmental connation,expected trend,and reform aim of new comprehensive reform experiment are identified through the thought on the essence of comprehensive reform experiment,which effectively guides the comprehensive reform of elements in the comprehensive experiment.Based on the perspective of Chongqing experimental zone,some suggestions on the comprehensive education reform experiment in urban and rural areas are proposed from constructing the urban and rural interactive education chains,the balanced overall regional education development,and security system of overall education in urban and rural areas,hoping that these suggestions are helpful for realizing the binary educational governance and promoting the further development of comprehensive education experiment.
