Suggestions on the Integration of Urban and Rural Education Reform——A Case Study of the Pilot Area in Chongqing

From the stereoscopic viewpoint in urban and rural comprehensive reform,it is advisable for the main body of the pilot reform to think over the overall features,developing connotation,expectation and objectives of a new round of reform experiments,so as to guide effectively the reform of all elements.This paper puts forward a number of suggestions that cover three aspects of the reform based on the case study of the pilot area in Chongqing: 1) construct beneficent and interactive education chains between the urban and rural areas;2) construct balanced systematic regional development pattern of education;3) construct the security system in urban and rural education.The purpose of these suggestions is to improve the comprehensive reform of urban and rural education and to achieve the goal of dual education governance.
