Problem analyze and Policy proposal On Chengdu-Chongqing Experimental Zone Rural Teachers' Professional Development——In the perspective of urban and rural education as a whole

As the urban-rural overall education comprehensive reformation experimental area,ChengduChongqing experimental area is now propelling the urban-rural overall education,focusing more on the professional development of teachers in rural areas.With questionnaires and interviews,this article will uncover the main problems in professional ethics,knowledge and ability in Chengdu-Chongqing experimental area,and after the attribution analysis,propose the policy suggestions accordingly with the basis of urban-rural overall education reformation.
