Effects of different nursing measures to psychological intervention and nursing experience on awake patients in ICU

Objective To explore the effects of different psychological intervention nursing measures on ICU awake patients,and to sum up the nursing experience.Methods 88 awake patients in ICU were randomly divided into experimental group and control group (44 cases in each group).Patients in the experimental group received conventional nursing care and psychological nursing intervention,while the patients in the control group only received conventional nursing care.After nursing intervention,we compared the improvement of the psychological state of patients.Results In the experimental group,42 cases cooperated with the treatment actively,the rate of compliance was 95.45％ (42/44),significantly higher than that in control group,which was 75.00％ (33/44); after the intervention,the SAS,SDS scores of patients in the experimental group were (28.53 ± 3.67) and (31.23 ± 2.42),which decreased significantly,and compared with those before the intervention and the control group,P ＜ 0.05; however,the SAS,SDS scores in control group had no significant change before and after nursing intervention,P ＞ 0.05.Conclusion With psychological intervention during nursing process to ICU awake patients,we can effectively correct the patients' negative emotions,which can make them face disease positively.
