Abstract
Ultrasound wave was applied during the extraction of yellow pigment from peanut shell. The optimum processing conditions were as follow:the mass ratio of solid and solvent was 1∶9,the solvent was 70% ethanol solution, the peanut shell was extracted(8 min) for twice.Less time, energy saved and high extraction efficiency could be obtained by this way as compared with normal methods.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
