Abstract
The thermoplastic elastomer of POE/PP was prepared by dynamical vulcanization. The effects of type of resin,POE/PP ratio, the category and content of curing agents, processing conditions, etc.on the performances of the dynamic vulcanized thermoplastic elastomers of POE/PP were investigated by the orthogonal designing method in this paper. It was shown that POE/PP ratio, preparation technology and processing temperature were the key factors effecting the performances of the elastomers. It was proved that the POE/PP TPV with low degree hardness had best performances when POE/PP ratio was 70/30,the processing temperature was 240 ℃.The tensile strength of the material was 4.54 MPa,and the break elongation was 1 023.74%,and the processing flowability was much better than the EPDM/PP TPV.
