Causes and Countermeasures of Relations Anomie between Students and Teachers

Abstract
At present,due to the hidden rule bring about the relationship anomie between teachers and students in some universities,which impacts to construction democracy,equality,natural and harmonious good relationship between teachers and students.Anomie phenomenon warning us the related work had brought deviation.The author mainly analyzes the causes of anomie,and puts forward the relative countermeasures to avoid the anomie.
