Abstract
The process of the solvent recovery operation during batch extractive distillation for the separation of ethanol-water azeotropic mixture using glycol as the solvent was studied experimentally. The results showed that the slop cut of water-glycol lasted a very short time during which the temperature at the top of the column rose sharply. When the reflux ratio had the value of 1~2, the yield percentage of solvent recovery reached to the value of 94.96%~99.33%.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
