Abstract

Objective:To investigate the possibility of results comparision made by different biochemical inspection devices and the possibility of its clinic acceptability. Methods:According to EP9-A document request of National Committee for Clinical Laboratory of Standards(NCCLS),the comparative method(Y) was AU5400,Vitros5.1 FS was examination method(X).The linearities, recoveries, and correlativities of each substance were analyzed respectively.Results:Within-day and day-to-day,coefficients of variation were 0.40%~2.62% and 0.54%~3.33% respectively. The dilution degree of samples and the concentration values determined had good linear relationship.Compared with that of OLYMPUS AU5400,the correlation coefficient was between 0.910~0.997.Conclusion:The comparability of results in two detecting systems accorded to evaluation of the clinical is acceptable.
