Abstract

The joint liability system is an important system within the our countrycivil law, the joint and several liability in patrnership is a sort of frequently applied civil liability in judicial business.The paper aims at to apply the problem that joint liability in partnership exists in the judicial actual situation, and explores how to improve the system of the joint liability in partnership.
