Abstract

The main purpose of joint and several liability is to protect victims′ rights. The joint and several liability has the integrity feature,and its scope is extensive. The legal consequence of the joint and several liability includes external validity and internal validity. The joint and several liability provisions of tort liability law need to be improved.
