Abstract

Based on in depth analysis of the land use conditions for rural and urban construction,the paper demonstrates that regulation of land use for rural construction is the key point for land management.Five types of rural residential areas are divided by using cluster analysis method,which provide basis for village and township planning and land management planning.Measures for the implementation of land adjustment are put forward.
