Observation of the effect of humanistic nursing care model in operation room

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of humanistic nursing model in operation room. Methods 104 cases according with operation indications,who were admitted to the hospital from January to December,2013,were enrolled in this study. They were divided into control group and research group according to admission order with 52 cases in each group. The control group were given traditional nursing,while the research group were given humanistic nursing. Then,nursing effects of both groups were compared. Results When the two groups received operation notice,difference of heart rate and blood pressure were not statistically significant( P 0. 05); when they entered the operation room,the heart rate of the research group were relatively steady and their blood pressure increased slightly,while both heart rates and blood pressure of the control group fluctuated obviously,so significant statistical difference was found in the comparison of two groups( P 0. 01).After operation,heart rates of the research group were not significantly different from those before operation,but blood pressure decreased. The control group kept the same heart rates as those before operation and their blood pressure decreased,but still higher than that of the research group( P 0. 01). The research group could cooperate better than did the control group during the operation( P 0. 05),and the satisfaction rate in the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group( P 0. 05). Scores that the patients gave for evaluate the operation room management,nursing safety,disinfection and isolation,the quality of nurses and nursing quality and other aspects in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P 0. 01). Conclusion To apply humanistic nursing in operation room nursing can significantly improve the relationship between nurses and patients,enhance nursing satisfaction,and improve the treatment compliance of patients.Thus,it is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
