Abstract
To determine the optimum extract process of flavonoids in hemerocallia fulva, the microwave extraction method and spectrophotometry were adopted in the experiment. The optimum process is that the ethanol concentration is 50%,solvent is 20 times as medicinal material, the microwave time is 4 min and microwave power is 150 W.The results show that flavonoids in hemerocallia fulva is 3.756%,the average recovery is 99.12% and the relative standard deviation is 2.135%(n=5).The microwave extraction could obtain the high content of flavonoids and the experiment time is short.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
