Abstract

The reason the tutor system has strong vitality is that it matches the basic pattern of higher education development.As a new educational mode,independent colleges adopted the tutor system in talents cultivation according to characteristics of students,in order to accommodate the current situation of higher education development.The guarantee mechanism for adopting tutor system is to strengthen the choice and employment of tutors,clarify the duties and responsibilities of tutors,lay down strict training plans and build up sound working system.
