Abstract
[Objective] A rapid quantitative method of ion chromatography had been developed for the analysis of seven inorganic anions( F-,Cl-,NO-2,Br-,NO-3,PO3-4and SO2-4) in water. [Method]4. 5 × 10-3mol / L Na2CO3+ 8. 0 × 10-4mol / L Na HCO3 was used as the eluent and the flow rate was 1 ml / min. [Result] The calibration curves of peak area versus concentration gave correlation cofficients was more than 0. 997 9 for these inorganic anions. The spiked recovery was 82. 39%-109. 19%. [Conclusion]The method had been successfully applied to analyze 7 inorganic anions in water in 25 minutes. The method was simple, quick, accurate and reliable.
