Abstract
Using peanut shells as raw materials, based on single factor test, the optimal extraction technology was performed by means of BoxBehnken design, taking ethanol concentration, extraction time and acidity as influence factors. The results indicated that the optimized extraction conditions of proanthocyanidins from peanut shell were obtained as follows :acidity 0.05mmoL/L,alcohol concentration 85%,extraction time 71 min. Under the above mentioned conditions, the yield of the proanthocyanidins from peanut shells was 15.1 mg/g.The experiment results were consistent with the prediction result.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
