The paper is about the technique of GIS(the geography information system),combines together technique of GIS and the network techniques,develops the manufacture of the network resources management geography information system,explams the system structure and functions.Network operators can adopt GIS technology to carry on network assets visual to manage,improve the management level and working efficiency.
