Abstract

Wei Liao was born in Wei Kingdom.He served in Qin Kingdom later for being not put into important position by his own monarch when Wei Kingdom was increasingly downfall.He advised Shih Huang Ti(the first emperor of Qin) to use strategy of sowing discord to disintegrate the alignment of the Six Kingdom,and keep the safe of Qing Kingdom.His military thoughts ran through the war of Shih Huang Ti unifying the Six Kingdom.
