Abstract
Aimed at the problems of the complex tooth profile shape with big difficulty in processing manufacturing of cycloidal gear of cycloidal pin-gear planet reducer and at present it still couldn't be able to realize the conjugate cutting processing, the method for plotting accurate tooth profile of cycloidal gear has been probed through motion simulation according to the formation principle of cycloid and designing requirements by the use of SolidWorks software and its COSMOS Motion plug-in unit.Taking this as a base a kind of method for the design and research of cycloidal gear was provided by utilizing the 3D entity model, thus made the design of product to be more vivid and intuitional and made a simplified designing process.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
