Abstract
The working profile of internal parallel move whole cycloidal gear is made up of epicycloid and hypocycloid entirely,according to the theory of meshing of gears and the nature of the cycloid,deals with the derivation of the tool tooth profile equation by using the gear tooth profile equation for the whole cycloidal gear in theory,and investigates the processing methods of the internal whole cycloidal gear,proves the possibility that the whole cycloidal gear can be used in internal parallel move gear mechanism,also provides theoretic fundament for designing incorrectly internal parallel move whole cycloidal gear.
