Abstract
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents from Senecio cannabifoliusvar.integrilifolius(Koidz.) Kitam. Methods Compounds were isolated and purified by various chromatographic techniques such as silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and RP-18.And their structures were elucidated with physicochemical properties and spectroscopic data.Results Four chemical constituents were isolated and identified as chlorogenic acid(1),ethyl chlorogenate(2),p-hydroxy benzoic acid(3),ethyl-1-hydroxy-4-oxo-2,5-cyclohexadiene-1-acetate(4) respectively.Conclusion Compound 1-4 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
