Abstract

Whether it is the modernization of substance or that of system,in the final analysis,it is the modernization of people which means actually the modernization of the human subject ability to adapt to modern social development.In modern society,the form of subjectivity reflecting fully people′s autonomy and independence is a citizen.Citizen consciousness is accompanied with the progress of modern civilization and has formed a kind of modern consciousness.Cultivation of citizen consciousness depends on education.
