Constraints of the Education for Citizen Consciousness and the Countermeasures

The symbol to distinguish citizens from subjects,the modern society from the traditional society is whether the social members have the citizen consciousness.Our country is transforming from the traditional society to the modern society.The mindset of subjects,the sense of hierarchy and unfairness in economic social development will restrict the education for citizen consciousness.A system is absolutely necessary to establish the leading role of citizen consciousness in concept to overcome the mindset of subjects;it is absolutely important to establish a system to adjust the conflict between different benefit groups,to promote the social fairness,to provide a realistic social foundation for the education for citizen consciousness.Therefore,we have to accelerate the system construction,to offer the realistic foundation and reliable guarantee for strengthening the education for citizen consciousness.
