Bronchofiberoscopy Combined with the Examination of CD4/CD8 Diagnosis Value on Pulmonary Sarcoidosis

Objective To study the Bronchofiberoscopy combined with the examination of CD4/CD8 diagnosis value on Pulmonary Sarcoidosis.Methods With retrospecfly analyze to clinical data of 14 patients pulmonary sarcoidosis.Results There are 9 females in 14 patients pulmonary sarcoidosis,Patients aged 31 to 58 years,The average age(44±3.4) years,Respiratory symptoms more common,includeing 4 cases of extrapulmonary manifestations.14 patients were diagnosed pathologi-cally.4 cases of superficiallymph node biopsies;1 case of skin lesions biopsy;Bronchofiberoscopy in 14 cases,diagnosis rate of 71.4%(10/14).The bronchoscopy biopsy specimens by immunohistochemical examination,The expression of CD4 and CD8 in sarcoidosis Was(59±7)%and(8.6±2.4)%,The rate of CD4/CD8was6.2±2.8,CD4/CD83.5 accounted for 90%(9/10),CD4/CD85accounted for 70%(7/10).Conclusion Bronchofiberoscopy combined with the examination of CD4/CD8 in the diagnosis of sarcoidosis had a higher value.
