Determination of Ginkgolides in Various Ginkgo Leaves

Abstract

Objective:To determine ginkgolides in various Ginkgo leaves by HPLC.Method:The analysis was performed on SUNIER Kromasil C 18 column(5 μm,46 mm×250 mm) with 33% methanol as mobile phase,at a flow rate of 1 mL·min -1.The differential refractometer was used as detector and ginkgolide A\,B\,C and bilobalide were used as comparison.Result:The content of ginkgolides in various Ginkgo leaves have been determined.Conclusion:The best time of picking Ginkgo leaves was defined.
