Abstract

Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)was a group of nonspecific chronic inflammatory bowel disease without definite etiopathogenisis, which including ulcerative colitis(UC)and Crohn disease(CD).The morbidity of IBD has increased in recent years.More and more studies have shown that genetic susceptibility played key roles in the development of IBD.To better understand the etiology of IBD,many articles discussed the recent advances in studies on genetic susceptibility of IBD.Such as NOD2 gene, interleukin related gene,HLA gene, tumor necrosis factor gene, and MDR1(ABCB)gene,MY09B gene which were reported be relevant with IBD recently.
